The Bruce Suite is a luxury spacious apartment on the first floor of Cove House with views over the park across the Solway Firth to the Cumberland Hills beyond.

This suite is a tasteful blend of old house character with modern amenities.

Entrance to the suite is via the main staircase into a spacious lounge / dining area. Accommodation also includes:

• Fully equipped kitchen
• Twin bedroom
• Bathroom
• Double bedroom with en-suite shower room
• Sofa bed in lounge can make additional double bed if required.
• Outdoor patio / BBQ area.
• Ample parking.

The Johnstone Self Catering Suite (sleeps 4 / 6)

The Johnstone Suite is a luxury modern apartment on the second floor of Cove House with stunning views over the park across the Solway Firth to the Cumberland Hills beyond.

This suite is again a tasteful blend of old house character with modern amenities. and has a quirky penthouse feel.

Entrance to the suite is via the main staircase into the open plan lounge / kitchen area. Accommodation also includes:

• Double bedroom with superb views,
• Twin bedroom,
• Bathroom with Shower over Bath.

The Oglvie Self Catering Suite (sleeps 4 / 5)

The Oglvie Suite makes full use of the huge windows to form a light filled luxury apartment of charm and character with splendid views over Kirtle Glen.

The suite has its own staircase leading to the entrance on the first floor. On entering, the foyer leads to the open plan kitchen / dining / lounge area or up to the bedrooms and bathroom.

• Dining area.
